Home Health Aide - Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA's) assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting and dressing. Home Health Aide services are supervised by a registered nurse.
Social Services - Social Workers evaluate the social and emotional factors that impact a patient's recovery from an illness or disability and provide counseling as needed to the patient and family.
Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist (PT's) provide rehabilitative services aimed at restoring mobility and strength in patients who are limited or disabled by physical injuries or illness.
